Aligning Work Values with the Organization’s: ATI Conducts Two Batches of Values Orientation Workshop

DILIMAN, Quezon City – The key for any company to successfully function and serve its clientele is a cohesive ideology between its workforce and the organization.  This unifying drive will enable them to move in one direction in a powerful pace, hence, providing its stakeholders a sound service more efficiently.
 
With the intent of continuously developing the right values in the workplace, the Agricultural Training Institute (ATI) held two more batches of the Values Orientation Workshop participated by some 30 administrative staff from ATI Central Office and its network of training centers last November 14 to 18, 2011 at the Serrano Hall, ATI Central Office.
 
The workshop comprised of lectures and structured learning activities covering topics on A Fully Human Person (Pagkatao), Citizenship, and The Civil Servant as a Professional.  
 
Orientation and Integration Modules were also integrated in the workshop to initially set the expectations from the activity and encapsulate all the learning of the participants, respectively. (Yovina-Claire R. Agsawa)
