Institutionalizing Techno Gabay Program at the Department of Agriculture

A ceremonial signing of the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with DOST-Philippine Council on Agriculture, Forestry and Natural Resources Research and Development (PCARRD-DOST) took place after agreements were polished during the planning workshop held recently. This is part of the Institutionalization Plan of the Techno Gabay Program at the Department of Agriculture through the Agricultural Training Institute (DA-ATI) as the lead implementing agency.
