DA-SEARCA Offers Graduate Scholarships for the School Year 2011-2012

A plant shall never grow tall and strong without an extensive root system.  A building shall not be built high and sturdy without a good foundation.  As well as an institution will not be progressive and successful without a skilled and competent manpower.

As such, in capacitating its workforce, the Department of Agriculture (DA) in partnership with the Southeast Asian Regional Center for Graduate Study and Research in Agriculture (SEARCA) opens scholarship grants for masters (MS) and doctoral studies (PhD) this coming school year 2011-2012 to its entire junior and mid-level professional staff from the central and regional offices, including its attached agencies.
