DA Text Support Service

The Text Support Center offers information on agriculture and fisheries via short messaging system (text) to the Filipino farmers and fishers through SMS hotline number 391-DA (391-32) for Smart and Talk ‘N Text subscribers and 0920-946-AGRI (0920-946-2474) for Globe, TM and Sun Cellular subscribers.

At present, it caters to all queries related to the e-Extension Program for Agriculture and Fisheries, (e-Learning, e-Farming and e-Trading components) through text messages. This will later on be expanded to include voice (call) messages and will serve as the Department of Agriculture's Farmers' Contact Center.

Initiated by the Agricultural Training Institute, the Text Support Center is in collaboration with the Department of Agriculture agencies as well as other partner agencies and stakeholders.

This service is available Mondays to Fridays from 8am to 5pm.
