The center prioritize the enhancement of farm business advisory services with the use of Information and Communication Technology (ICT), School on the Air (SOA) and print materials. As such, the following are the scheduled activities for the implementation
1. Consultancy Services and Technical assistance to walk-in clients
Consultancies and technical advices are provided to the walk-in clients particularly the farmers, the extension workers, rural based organizations, members of the arm forces of the Philippines and OFWs
2. Rural-Based Organization Development
The technical staff of the center assist the regional, provincial and municipal RBO coordinators.jpg)

Provide market linkage to farmers, fishers and fruits and vegetable growers in collaboration with the Regional AMAD
