The Center

With the issuance of a Special Order on July 2004 that restructured the training centers of the Agricultural Training Institute (ATI), the 3 centers in Region I, namely: ATI-Batac, ATI-La Union and ATI-Pangasinan merged to form what is now the ATI-Regional Training Center I (ATI-RTC I).

The Center is located in Tebag East, Sta. Barbara, Pangasinan inside the Provincial Nursery Reservation. It retained the former ATI-Batac training center in Ilocos Norte and now serves as a satellite office of the Center. ATI-RTC I's area of coverage is Region I which is comprised of 4 provinces, namely, Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, La Union and Pangasinan.

Its clientèles are agricultural extension workers, farmers, rural women, youth, entrepreneurs and other stakeholders in the region. It offers trainings, education and other services to its clientèles.
