e-Learner receives her Certificate of Completion

ATI Director Asterio P. Saliot awards the Certificate of Completion to Ms. Vilma Abalos, Agricultural Technologist and Municipal FITS Coordinator of Umingan, Pangasinan for finishing five e-Learning courses offered through the Department of Agriculture's e-Extension Program for Agriculture and Fisheries.

Ms. Abalos noted that she enjoyed the e-Learning courses when she first enrolled in the course From Seed to Seed: Online Course on Corn Production that led her to take four more courses.
