"Partnership for development"

Our Center is continuously linking and working with the following institutions to complement our human, physical and financial resources needed in the implementation of training and extension activities:

Local Government Units (LGU) at the Provincial and Municipal levels- political support, resource mobilization and complementation, project management where applicable
Department of Agriculture - Regional Field Unit 10 (DA-RFU 10)- coordination of regional development plans which ATI supports through ESETS; financial and human resource complementation especially in the implementation of GMA programs
National Irrigation Administration (NIA)- financial and technical assistance especially in the conduct of rice-based training and extension programs, water management and irrigation policy to ensure success in the training and extension endeavors
Philippine Rice Research Institute (PhilRice) - financial and technical assistance, updates on rice technology and seed production
Rural Based Organizations (RBOs)/farmers associations/cooperatives - for farmers/participants mobilization, participation and implementation of projects
Northern Mindanao Consortium of Agricultural Resources Research and Development (NOMCARRD) - establishment of FITS/TechnoGabay, development of content and courseware for the center's website which shall ultimately linked to OPAPA
State Universities and Colleges (SCUs) - social technology, enterprise development, product development
Northern Mindanao Integrated Agricultural Research Center (NOMIARC) - assistance in the assessment and commercialization of technologies in the region for possible funding
Private Companies - provide technical and input assistance in the conduct of commodity-based training and extension programs
