1. Organic Fertilizer and Pesticide Production to Support Organic Farming.
The project on Organic Fertilizer and Pesticide Production to Support Organic Farming is a sub-project of the NEDA X Productivity Enhancement Program. It is a multi-agency project with the Provincial Government of Misamis Oriental, throught Provincial Agriculture Office as the lead implementing agency. Among the government agencies involved in the project are the DA-RFU X, DTI Provicncial Office, and the Agricultural Training Instititute - Regional Training Center X (ATI-RTC X).   
The project aims to make organic fertilizer and pesticide available to the farmers at affordable prices to support organic farming in the province. Beneficiaries of the project are members of the Alubijid-Loguilo Irrigators Association based at alubijid, Misamis Oriental.
For its part, ATI-RTC X  committed to facilitate the continuous capability enhancement of the beneficiaries and operators of the project,  through the conduct of relevant training programs. A Training Course on Vermicomposting and Nature Farming Technology System was already conducted. ATI-RTC x  is also responsible for technology dissemination and product promotion through the production of Information and education materials to be distributed to the beneficiaries and target consumers respectively.
Aside from the Social Preparation and Capability Enahncenyt, the other important components of the project include: renovation of exixting building for office space and facilities, construction of new facilities (processing center and vermicomposting beds), Vermicomposting, NFTS, Field Trip, Technology demonstration, and Field Trip for the participants.
