Vision

ATI- RTC X as the premier institution of agricultural technology and knowledge management with competent manpower and facilities for the emergence of a well-developed and organized extension system, education and training services.

Mission

ATI- RTC X will strengthen the manpower and physical resources of the Center including its alliances with the LGUs and other institutions through mutual cooperation and teamwork. It will also facilitate the accreditation and certification of private extension providers.

Philosophy

Adhering to quality governance in extension and training, the ATI cultivates a sense of commitment and teamwork among its employees to ensure utmost transparency, accountability and partnership in its operations and to guarantee client-oriented, gender sensitive, demand-driven, cost-effective, proactive, and participatory interventions.
