ATI-RTC 10 is located at El Salvador, Misamis Oriental. El Salvador is bordered by the municipality of Alubijid to the west and Opol to the east and south. On the north lies Macajalar Bay in the Bohol Sea.

The town does not have air and sea transportation facilities. Nearby Cagayan de Oro City is the main entry point to Misamis Oriental and Northern Mindanao. From there, one would then take bus or provincial jeepney from the Bulua-Westbound Bus and Jeepney Terminal.
