An OJT experience with ATI
When we learned that we will be assigned to ATI-RTC for our On-the-Job Training (OJT), we felt very happy and excited for at last we will be experiencing the gainful experiences of the previous OJTs assigned here. However, we felt also very nervous because our professor told us that much is expected from us like the former OJTs. Our emotion also was coupled with the fear to work with new people and new environment.
